The blackberry 9000 series is still in the making. And as it is being engineered the specifications of the device have not been confirmed. At this point though the screen resolution will likely be 480 x 320 or maybe even vice versa (320 x 480). Built in memory will total over 1gb and will be powered by an Intel XScale PXA270 Processor at 624MHz. Which makes it only a hair faster in clock speed then the 620MHz ARM 1173 processor found in the iPhone.
The blackberry 9000 can handle all the major wireless standards. Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, all built in. It will also add 3G support to the GSM Carrier family devices. The camera seems to be 2 megapixel, however there maybe 3.2megapixel camera at launch. There’s no word from Research in Motion whether this device will keep the standard querty keyboard or move the keyboard over to a touchscreen.
